 Miley Ray Cyrus born Destiny Hope Cyrus on November 23rd 1992 is an American performer, songwriter and actress. Her distinctive , raspy voice is the hallmark of her music, which incorporates elements from various styles and genres including rock, country pop, experimental, pop and rock. With a total of 13 songs, Cyrus is the female artist with the highest number of US Billboard 200 Top-five Albums in the 21st Century. Her personal life, public imageand performance have often sparked controversy and garnered a lot of media coverage. Cyrus was the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus and became a popular teen star when she portrayed the lead character in the Disney Channel television show Hannah Montana (2006)-2011. As Hannah Montana, she attained two number-one and three top-five songs on the US Billboard 200, including the US Billboard Hot 100 top-ten single "He Could Be the One".
