Will Ferrell

Will Ferrell became famous as a cast member on "Saturday Night Life". Then, he appeared in numerous big-screen comedies like Elf as well as' Anchorman and 'Talladega Nights. Will Ferrell was born in Irvine in 1967. He began his comedy career as a part of the Los Angeles-based group The Groundlings. Following his seven-year tenure as a Saturday night Live cast member, Ferrell became one of the most well-known comedians in the business with off-color hit films like Old School (2003) or Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004). Ferrell was a co-founder of Funny or Die, a popular website for streaming videos. Also, he had his success as a voice actor in animated films like Megamind (2010). John William Ferrell was born on the 16th of July, 1967, in Irvine, California. Will Ferrell is the eldest child of Righteous Brothers keyboardist Lee Ferrell (and Kay Ferrell), however, he wasn't exactly a class clown while he was at University High School. Ferrell, who was quiet and studious was adamant about making his mark on football, where he set records for the number of field goals he scored. Even in the more comfortable surroundings of his suburban home, Ferrell displayed little of the outrageous, humorous bursts that would eventually determine his career. His mother, who was interviewed by Esquire reported that her son was very calm and amiable. "You are familiar with those tiny Matchbox cars? Will put together his Matchbox cars on his own and be totally content. You'd ask, 'Do you want to visit Disneyland today or put your cars in line?' and then he'd need to think about the idea. Ferrell was not a perfectly straight man but that's not to say that he wasn't. The hints of his comic skills showed up each morning in high school, when he would disguise his voice to make the daily announcements through the PA system. Ferrell graduated in 1986 and attended the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. There he was a member of the Delta Tau fraternity to pursue his dream of becoming an athlete journalist.
